Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. It is your obligation to enter the correct pick up times or delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect The Eucalyptus House will not refund. Should you wish to send the products again it will be at full expense to the customer.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded. We are unable to cancel orders and provide a refund for orders that are already cut and prepared or out for delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds may not be issued for Eucalyptus stems and Billy Buttons due to the nature of the product. As each stem is unique, and not commercially produced should you have any concerns surrounding your order please contact The Eucalyptus House at admin@theeucalyptushouse.com to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your orders received. We will do our best to provide a resolution but this may not always be the case and it will depend on the situation.

 

DELIVERIES

The Eucalyptus House will make every attempt to deliver at the requested time but cannot guarantee it as situations may arise that is out of our control such as traffic and weather. If there are any delays we will contact you.

 

AVAILABILITY

As a result of how out trees grow and the weather they are exposed to, not all stems produced are exactly as pictured on www.theeucalyptushouse.com. Although we strive to provide a highest quality product customers are reminded that our Eucalyptus is home grown and stems could come with bugs, leaves could have some discoloration or missing on parts of the stem, it also means that each stem is not the exact same size as each other. With each bunch we attempt to combine large stems and smaller stems. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

You can generally expect your stems to last 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:

1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the stems and placed into a vase full of fresh water.

2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full of fresh water

3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days

4. Keep the stems out of direct sunlight

5. Keep the stems away from drafts and air-conditioning

The Eucalyptus House requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the stems be communicated to our Team within 3 days of delivery.
